Babar Azam has asked that people refrain from referring to him as ‘King,’ claiming that he is not yet a king.

Babar Azam, the former captain of Pakistan, has asked that people refrain from referring to him as “King,” saying that he is not yet a king and will only be acknowledged as one if he accomplishes something noteworthy.

Babar Azam clarified that his goal is always to get runs when he bats for Pakistan following their game against South Africa in Karachi. He did admit, though, that he has been finding it difficult to finish innings.

“When the inning builds, I get a better feel of the game and the pitch,” he stated.

Babar added that he has taken on the duty of opening the innings at the team’s request, which is a new role for him. He commended Salman and Mohammad Rizwan, two of his teammates, for their strong efforts.

“Such performances build confidence in the team,” Babar continued.

“I try to do my best, but once I’m set, I haven’t been able to play long innings,” Babar stated about his own form. I discuss with myself how to escape this predicament.

Additionally, he underlined that one should not focus on previous performances.

“My previous performances are now in the past. I won’t be able to perform in the future if I dwell on past performances. Every day is a fresh start, with a fresh perspective and strategy,” he stated.

Lastly, Babar said that the team’s confidence is increased when they pursue a huge total and succeed.
