The board maintains its stance and awaits both organizations’ official responses.

Recent rumors that Pakistan has “surrender” in its negotiations with the International Cricket Council (ICC) over the Champions Trophy have been rejected by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), which has referred to them as “nonsense.”

After attending meetings in Dubai, Mohsin Naqvi and the PCB delegation have left for Pakistan. According to people close to the board, the PCB chairman had multiple conversations about the forthcoming ICC Champions Trophy, but he made it clear that Pakistan’s position has not altered.

According to the sources, the PCB has sent its requirements to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the ICC, and it is currently expecting a response. The Indian Cricket Board and the ICC would not have asked for more time to reply if Pakistan had planned to “surrender,” the board stated.

The PCB admitted that delays in getting responses from the ICC and BCCI are to be expected given the ongoing holidays in Dubai. The board is still adamant in its stance and is awaiting both organizations’ official responses.
