With the official revelation of the draft selection order for its tenth season, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) has clubs and fans alike excited.
The first pick in the Platinum category will go to Lahore Qalandars, who will be followed by Karachi Kings. Multan Sultans, Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi, and Quetta Gladiators will select third, fourth, fifth, and sixth, respectively. In the Platinum category, each franchise will have three choices.
Each franchise will have three selections in the Diamond and Gold categories. The first pick in the Diamond category will go to Karachi Kings, who will be followed by Multan Sultans in the second round and Islamabad United in the third.
The first pick in the Gold category will go to Peshawar Zalmi, followed by the Quetta Gladiators in the second round and the Multan Sultans in the third.
There are five total selections in the Silver category. The first round’s pick will go to Multan Sultans, followed by Peshawar Zalmi in the second round and Lahore Qalandars in the third. The first picks in the fourth and fifth rounds will go to Islamabad United and Multan Sultans, respectively.
Additionally, each team will receive two picks in the Emerging category and four picks in the Supplementary category.
On January 11, the highly anticipated PSL 10 draft is set to take place in the picturesque town of Gwadar.
