The choice has been made to create PSL as an independent business. Participants in the Governing Council meeting were told that on April 8, Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators would play an exhibition match in Peshawar. In the near future, a company will be recruited to evaluate franchise agreements and calculate the possible cost of two new franchises.

Details reveal that yesterday’s meeting of the HBL PSL Governing Council took place in Lahore and lasted just twenty-three minutes. While PCB officials stayed in their offices, the meeting was chaired by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi. Representatives and franchise owners gathered via video call. In response to a long-standing request, the chairman revealed the excellent news that PSL will be formed as a distinct business. This action will aid in more effective administration of affairs.

It was disclosed at the conference that Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators will play an exhibition match in Peshawar on April 8 so that local fans may watch their favorite players play. Future PSL matches are also planned to take place in Peshawar. It is anticipated that the match preparations and security clearance would be finished by the weekend.

The current franchise agreements will expire at the end of the league’s tenth edition. An assessment will be carried out to determine whether to raise franchise fees prior to their renewal. In addition to determining the possible cost of two additional teams in Season 11, the business chosen to complete this duty is presently in the final stages of hiring. The business has six weeks to finish the procedure.

The anthem for the 10th PSL season is nearing completion, the participants were also told. Furthermore, the matches’ TV production quality will not be compromised. To provide TV viewers the greatest experience, the production company has been told to handle the league like an international competition rather than a domestic one.
